Compatible with polyethylene insulation, polypropylene binders, tapes and all other materials used in PIJF Cables.
Very low shrinkage, 100% synthetic based, ensures ZERO Water Penetration Test Failures.
Excellent Stability at high temperatures and superior physical properties of flexibility and film strength.
COMPATIBILITY
Polygel Series-F gels are compatible with most cable grade polymers. Tests on all commonly used materials show on reaction but it is recommended that compatibility tests are made with all polymers likely to come into contact with the gel.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Polygel series-F gels are quickly and easily removable. It is free from unpleasant odour and have no Toxic and dermatic hazards. It is also non-corrosive.

PACKAGING
The materials shall be packed in 170-200 Kg M.S. Barrels. The Barrels will be properly sealed to ensure prevention of moisture ingress. On each Barrel our Name, Grade, Batch No., date of Manufacturer along with gross weight and net weight will clearly Mentioned.
GUARANTEE
Each consignment supplied shall be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet and a Test Certificate certifying the conformity of the material to the purchasers material specification.
