SALIENT FEATURES OF POLYGEL - LTF
Controlled compound rheology to prevent fibre overfeed and microbending.
Remains soft and flexible in extreme cold temperatures upto -40Deg.C.
Soft non-melting gel, which is applied at ambient temperature using conventional cold pumping equipment.
Available in wide viscosity range to suit customer's processing requirements.
Very high oxidation stability.
Zero oil-separation at 150 Deg. C
Fungus resistant.
Low hydrogen generation.
COMPATIBILITY
POLYGEL-LTF is compatible with PBTP, Nylon 12, LDPE, Polyamide-12, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene products, Fibre coating and UV coloring inks. Tests on all commonly used materials show no reaction but it is recommended that compatibility tests are made with all materials likely to come into contact with the gel.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
POLYGEL - LTF is non-greasy and fully removable. It is free from unpleasant odour and has no toxic and dermatic hazards.

PACKAGING
The materials shall be packed in 170-200 Kg M.S. Barrels. The Barrels will be properly sealed to ensure prevention of moisture ingress. On each Barrel our Name, Grade, Batch No., Date of Manufacture alongwith gross weight and net weight will be clearly mentioned.
GUARANTEE
Each consignment supplied shall be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet and a Test Certificate certifying the conformity of the material to the purchasers material specification.
